Your shipping charges (non-foreign orders) will be calculated
automatically through the "Online" Shopping
Cart ordering system. Foreign orders are payable by credit
card and will be shipped via UPS. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
and American Express.
Whether you want to pay with a credit card, check or money
order, the system will figure it out: products, shipping
charges, and the sales tax (.056) if you live in Missouri.
You can then print out the form and mail it to us, call
with your order, use the online credit card order button,
or fax
it!

sent via the carrier of your choice. We recommend
that you insure your shipment.
